DOGUBAYAZIT (Doğubeyazıt) - Kurdish town located 30 km from the border with Iran, at an altitude of ca. 1500 m. It is frequented by tourists, because there are a few places of note there. First of all, the mighty mountain of Ararat (5165 m) and the famous Ishak Pasa Sarayi. In addition, there is the Noah's Ark Park, meteorite crater, ice cave, hot springs in Diyadin and the Fish Lake. The surroundings of Doğubeyazıt are mountainous and very scenic.

WAN (Van) - a city located at the altitude of 1700 metres – at the eastern shore of the biggest lake in Turkey of the same name. The city is famous for white cats that have eyes of different colours. In the city there are the ruins of Urartian fortress – Van Kalesi. It is not far from Van to a famous, small island on Lake Van – Akdamar, to which you can get by ferry near the town of Gevas.

ISTANBUL (İstanbul) - the largest city of Turkey. It is situated on two continents. It is really huge and very diverse. Going from one side of the city to the other takes a few hours. Tourists visit mainly Sultaahmet and the neighbouring area of Bosphorus Strait.
